Aquatec 250 / 220 psi Pump Head ONLY (No Motor Included)
This genuine Aquatec pump head is the correct replacement head for the 250 psi and 220 psi Aquatec diaphragm pump assemblies used in Ashbys Sensei, Ninja and Enforcer carpet cleaning machines. Supplied as the pump head only, it is ideal when your existing motor and heat sink are still in good condition and only the head requires replacement.
This is a water‑tolerant pump head designed specifically for fresh water use. It is not solvent‑tolerant and should only be used with water‑based carpet and upholstery cleaning solutions. For full compatibility, it fits directly onto the motor used in the Aquatec 250 psi Diaphragm Bypass Pump assembly.
Performance & Pressure Guidance
This pump head is officially rated and labelled by Aquatec as a 250 psi component. However, within the carpet cleaning industry it is standard practice to reduce the operating pressure to around 220 psi to optimise pump lifespan. This adjustment is made using the pressure regulator screw located on the front of the pump.
Running the pump slightly below its maximum rating reduces heat, mechanical load and diaphragm wear, helping maintain long-term reliability while still delivering excellent cleaning performance.
