Enforcer carpet cleaning machine in the Ashbys workshop

Ashbys Equipment Repair & Servicing — Enforcer, Ninja & Sensei

Genuine parts. Manufacturer expertise. Repairs that last.
We begin with a full factory assessment so you understand the problem and your options — not a quick patch. Family run for 45 years, trusted by customers across the UK.

We design and build the Enforcer, Ninja and Sensei ranges. The same factory team who make them also service and repair them in our workshop, so faults are diagnosed and fixed properly — no guesswork, no shortcuts.

      What we do

      • Full assessment & report — complete function test and PAT, with an itemised evaluation emailed to you.
      • Factory‑standard repairs — genuine original equipment components fitted and final PAT and function checks before return.
      • Complex repairs handled — we take on intricate jobs and return machines to factory performance.
      • Practical advice — clear steps to reduce repeat faults and downtime.

      Why choose Ashbys

      • Design and service in one place — our team both builds and maintains these machines, so recommendations come from direct product knowledge.
      • Clear diagnostics — every job starts with a written diagnosis and an itemised quote.
      • Genuine OEM parts — as the manufacturer, we are the only workshop able to guarantee original equipment components.
      • Fair, transparent pricing — work is itemised and agreed before we start.

      Experience you can rely on

With over 45 years of equipment repairs behind us, we’ve completed thousands of repairs. That depth of hands‑on experience is one of the reasons customers across the UK trust us with their machines.

      Repair quality matters

When it comes to keeping your machine reliable, the quality of the repair makes a real difference. Some third‑party repairers may offer a lower upfront cost, but they don’t have access to our original components or the design knowledge that comes from building these machines ourselves. That can mean a quick fix that only treats the symptom, not the cause, which may lead to more downtime later. Our approach is simple: clear diagnostics, genuine parts, and repairs carried out by the people who know the equipment best.

      Booking and collection

      • Workshop drop‑off — Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00. No appointment needed.
      • While‑you‑wait (same‑day) — pre‑book a slot and arrive by 08:00 where possible.
      • Carrier collection — courier collection available (transport fee applies); you may arrange your own courier.

      Send your machine

Please include a short covering letter with Name, Company, Address, Telephone & Email and a brief description of the fault.

      Trusted by professionals
"Nice people to do business with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A great company run by a great family. 100% professional repairs that have your machine running like new. It was Derek Ashby that got me started in 2000, a real nice genuine chap that has helped from that day to this." — King Kleen
