Our pre-owned Ninja carpet cleaning machine, a product of our own manufacturing, stands out for its versatility and efficiency. Not only does it excel in carpet cleaning, but it also has the unique ability to heat and clean with solvent cleaning fluid. This feature allows it to clean dry-clean-only curtains while they are still hanging, eliminating the need for removal, cleaning, and re-hanging, thus saving time.
The package comes with a comprehensive solvent cleaning kit, including a robust curtain cleaning tool made by ourselves in the UK from high grade stainless steel. This tool is designed with dual perforated vacuum slots that gently and securely support the curtain, enclosing the spray jet to prevent over-spray. It also includes a firm yet soft brush section to agitate the curtain and rejuvenate the pile during the cleaning process.
The hot solvent cleaning system operates independently from the water cleaning system. It draws the solvent cleaning fluid directly from its 5-litre container. Simply position the container cage on the rear of the Ninja, insert the 5-litre container of solvent, remove the bottle cap, and insert the solvent uplift tube. The solvent is drawn as needed from the container, passing through a separate solvent pump and heat exchanger inside the machine, and travels to the curtain tool in a recirculating solvent pressure hose. Any solvent not sprayed through the tool recirculates back to the Ninja, through the pump and heat exchanger, and then back to the curtain tool, ensuring you are always cleaning with hot solvent.
This feature is crucial because during solvent extraction cleaning, the solvent flows along the hose much slower than water during water extraction cleaning. Without the recirculating feature of this hot solvent cleaning Ninja, the solvent would have cooled significantly by the time it reached the curtain tool. Heat enhances cleaning, so the hotter the solvent, the better the results. This machine can safely heat the solvent without evaporation up to 60°C within a unique dedicated enclosed heat exchange system.
After you’ve finished solvent cleaning, the unused clean solvent within the heating system and solvent pressure hose can be pumped back into your 5-litre solvent container, ready for next use.
This Ninja also boasts an impressive hot water extraction cleaning specification. It’s equipped with a 250-psi pump with flow-rate control, allowing the operator to fine-tune their water cleaning solution output to avoid over-wetting when cleaning upholstery. It features the Ninja’s top-of-the-range vacuum system, which allows you to use up to 100 ft of hose. It also includes a built-in 3 kW solution tank heater, adjustable in temperature up to 60°C, and protected by a low-level safety cut-off to prevent the heater from switching on if there is not enough water in the clean water tank and switch off when the clean water level drops too low during use.
We’ve also included a pre-spray lance for pre-treating carpets prior to hot water extraction cleaning. This system allows the operator to connect a pre-mixed solution of pre-treatment and apply it hot via the spray lance, before proceeding with hot water extraction cleaning.
