Bottle: The bottle has a usable capacity of 5 litres. Its dimensions are 20 cm in depth, 13 cm in width, and 23 cm in height.

Dilution Ratio
Ashbys Carpet Cleaning Inline Injection Sprayer when operating at 200 psi automatically dilutes at a rate of 1 part chemical to 9 parts water, resulting in a 10% chemical solution. To achieve different output ratios, you’ll need to pre-dilute the chemical with water. Here’s a simplified guide for each desired ratio:

20:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 1 part water for a 5% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 20:1 output.

30:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 2 parts water for a 3.33% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 30:1 output.

40:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 3 parts water for a 2.5% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 40:1 output.

50:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 4 parts water for a 2% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 50:1 output.

60:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 5 parts water for a 1.67% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 60:1 output.

70:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 6 parts water for a 1.43% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 70:1 output.

80:1 - Mix 1 part chemical with 7 parts water for a 1.25% solution. The sprayer will then dilute this to a 80:1 output.
