What This Valve Does
The PC4190 valve regulates internal system pressure and ensures correct one-way flow within the V2 SteamMate hot solvent circuit. A worn or sticking valve can cause reduced heat performance, inconsistent flow, or system over‑pressurisation. Replacing the valve restores safe, reliable operation.
Recommended: Replace O-Ring & Spring During Installation
For best results and long-term reliability, we recommend replacing the internal O-ring and spring whenever fitting a new valve. This mirrors our own workshop service procedure.
