The casing is shower‑proof, so you can leave your Ashbys Enforcer outside, extend your hoses inside and clean. This helps keep your working environment free from clutter and keeps customer disruption to a minimum. It’s easy to take your Enforcer indoors if you wish – you can even van‑mount your Enforcer.
The recessed switch panel protects the Enforcer from impact damage, and its top‑mounted position makes the switches and controls easy to access. The switch panel is also positioned clear of the solution tank’s fill area to prevent accidental spills when topping up with clean water. This fill area is funnel‑shaped and has a recessed feature to lock the bucket’s pouring spout in position, allowing you to refill the Enforcer quickly and accurately.
The dirty water recovery tank has a large 40 Ltr usable capacity and a clever design that allows it to drain almost completely, without the need to tilt the Enforcer forward. Premium quality metal front castors are manufactured to our specification. These castors are lockable, so leaving your Enforcer on a sloped path or driveway is no problem – the Enforcer will still be there when you come back. The heavy‑duty rear wheels are incredibly durable, also manufactured to our specification and recessed to prevent damage to door frames.
This Enforcer model is fitted with our highest‑powered vacuum and solution pump combination, and it runs the vacuum and pump system from just one power lead. It uses a pair of 3 stage 5.7 inch vacuum motors (one Standard and one Heavy Duty Performance), working together in‑series to create very strong airflow and lift.
This powerful setup gives the machine the vacuum strength needed to work with up to 200 ft (61 metres) of hose, while still delivering fast drying and excellent cleaning performance.
Heat performance that sets you apart from the competition
The built‑in 3 kW V2 SteamMate inline heater provides instant, continuous hot water, powered from a second lead. Its advanced copper‑coiled heat‑exchange core delivers premium heat transfer, helping you remove stubborn dirt, grease and stains more efficiently. Fully adjustable temperature control (0–110ºC) lets you tailor heat to the job, giving you a clear performance edge over standard portable machines.
For operators who prefer pre‑heating in the solution tank, the optional 3 kW immersion heater system offers fully adjustable temperature (up to 60ºC) with a low‑level safety cut‑off. It automatically switches off when the solution level is too low and prevents the heater coming on if there’s no water in the tank, giving total peace of mind.
We like this Enforcer’s vacuum system and pump combination because it allows you to use the machine even when you only have access to one plug socket for the vacuum and pump. You don’t need two power leads for the machine and a third for the heating system, which can be problematic on jobs where access to multiple power sockets is limited. The V2 SteamMate system simply uses the second lead when higher heat is required.
We build this Enforcer’s water pump using an induction motor. With an induction motor, there are no carbon brushes to wear out. We also install an Easy‑Grip Pressure Regulator Valve and Ashbys unique Flow Control Valve, which put you in complete control of your Enforcer’s water output.
The Pressure Regulator Valve allows you to reduce the Enforcer’s water pressure (measured in Pounds per Square Inch – PSI), whilst maintaining maximum flow‑rate output (measured in Litre per Minute – LPM). However, we have also installed a Flow Control Valve which reduces both the water pressure and flow‑rate simultaneously. This unique feature allows you to work drier when cleaning upholstery and mattresses, so your customer gets an even faster return to use.
