The Ashbys Top Heater Plate Only (with Mounting Threads) is a genuine, UK‑made Ashbys spare part designed to fit inside the clean water (solution) tanks of our professional Enforcer carpet cleaning machines and Sensei lightweight carpet cleaning machines. This internal heater plate protects the plastic tank body from the heat generated by the in‑tank heater element, ensuring long‑term reliability and safe operation.

Installed inside the solution tank
This top heater plate is fitted on the inside of the clean water (solution) tank. It is sealed in place using our Clear Silicone Sealer 280ml and bolted through to the matching Ashbys Bottom Heater Plate Only (with Mounting Threads) on the outside of the tank. Together, these two plates clamp securely around the tank wall to create a strong, heat‑resistant mounting point.
