Ashbys High Flow‑Rate Small Cooling Fan including Electrical Lead – for Sensei & Bottom of Base on Enforcer
This is a genuine Ashbys replacement part, designed to deliver the correct high‑flow cooling performance required to protect your machine’s internal components. This small cooling fan is used in multiple locations on the Ashbys Sensei and is also fitted to the bottom of the base on all Ashbys Enforcer models.
On the Ashbys Sensei, this fan is installed in two positions:
1) on the rear of the machine by the vacuum exhaust, and
2) on the bottom of the base.
Together, these two fans provide the correct airflow needed to keep the Sensei’s electrical components, wiring, pumps and vacuum motors cool, dry and operating safely.
This same high‑flow small cooling fan is also used on the bottom of the base on the Ashbys Enforcer, where it helps maintain safe operating temperatures during demanding professional cleaning work.
Important: This part is NOT compatible with the Ashbys Ninja. No Ninja models use this fan.

Fan Guard Grills (Optional but Recommended)
To protect the sides of the cooling fan from being knocked or damaged, you can fit fan guard grills on each side of the unit. These guards help prevent accidental impact, keep wiring clear of the blades, and maintain safe airflow around the fan.
You will need one guard for each side of the fan. Although the original guards can often be reused, they may become bent, cracked or scruffy over time, so replacing them is recommended when fitting a new fan.

Maintenance for best performance
To ensure this cooling fan delivers the correct airflow, keep it free from fluff, lint and debris. Any obstruction can reduce cooling efficiency and impair the fan’s ability to protect your machine’s electrical components.
