This aftermarket installation kit is designed for owners of the Ashbys Enforcer carpet cleaning machine who are looking to add an auto-fill system. Please note, this kit modifies your existing solution tank lid and does not include a replacement solution tank lid.
Advantages of Auto Fill:
The Enforcer’s solution tank lid is engineered for auto-fill, making it incredibly efficient. It connects seamlessly via the supplied Female Hozelock fitting to either your tap or a water tank equipped with a supply pump. By trickle-feeding fresh water directly into the solution tank, it eliminates the need for manual refilling, thus saving time. When paired with the built-in solution tank heater, the water maintains a consistent cleaning solution temperature throughout operation, ensuring optimal cleaning results.
One of the standout features of the Enforcer is the carefully considered positioning of the auto-fill connection. The solution tank lid has a recessed area that protects the male Hozelock fitting from accidental damage. Additionally, the sloped design of the lid ensures that the fill hose exerts minimal pressure on the hose connections. Any drips from the male and female connectors are collected and drained through holes in the lid, directly into the clean water tank, rather than onto your floor.
Installation:
To install this kit, you will need an electric drill and various drill bits (6mm, 20mm), a de-burring tool as well as a 24mm spanner. The kit includes step-by-step fitting instructions, and it should take around 20 to 30 minutes to complete the installation with medium DIY skills.
