The Ashbys Domed Rear Wheel Cap is a genuine Ashbys spare part designed to hold the rear wheels securely on the Ashbys Ninja, Ashbys Sensei, and Diamondback carpet cleaning machines.
On the Ashbys Enforcer, this cap is used to secure the roller bar assembly. The roller bar allows the machine to tilt and roll into and out of a van and provides a cable wind for wrapping mains leads. This cap prevents the roller bar sections from coming off their axle and keeps the assembly safely in place.
This cap works directly with the Stainless Steel Washer and the 8 cm Roller End Section on the Enforcer roller bar assembly.

Important Fitment Guidance
Do not strike the wheel cap directly with a mallet or hammer. Direct impact will deform the cap and the centre hole can become misshapen. If that happens, the screw may pass straight through instead of sitting against the cap as intended.
For correct installation, place the ring spanner end of a 20mm combination spanner over the wheel cap and gently tap the spanner. This applies even pressure around the rim and allows the starlock section on the back to grip securely. The screw in the centre acts as a safeguard if the cap is ever side impacted while the wheel or roller bar passes close to an obstacle.
