Ashbys 600-800 psi Pump Head and Induction Motor (Complete, Bearing Fitted)
This complete Ashbys pump assembly is the exact replacement unit used in our 600 psi Enforcer and 800 psi Enforcer carpet cleaning machines. It is built in-house to Ashbys specification, fitted with the correct cam bearing, and supplied ready to install.
The assembly uses our 240V AC induction motor, matched to the Enforcer wiring layout and designed to work reliably within the system. Some other manufacturers use 240V DC motors such as the Ametek CPM-173. This unit is built specifically around our AC motor and the Enforcer platform.
This pump head and motor assembly is designed specifically for Ashbys Enforcer systems. It will not fit a Ninja machine. Although it is technically possible to upgrade a 400 psi Enforcer to run this pump, the process involves extensive internal rewiring, changes to the heating system power supply, splitting the vacuum and pump circuits across two fixed power leads, and replacing the pressure regulator. We have carried out work of this scale in-house before, but in practice the cost of doing it properly is usually better invested towards a newer machine. If someone were considering an upgrade of this size, they would also need to replace the standard performance vacuum motor with a heavy duty version to keep the system balanced. For these reasons, it is not an upgrade we recommend or promote.
Ready to Install Assembly
The pump head, induction motor and cam bearing are pre-fitted and aligned. Before installing the new pump, please ensure that all four Ashbys Anti Vibration Mounts on your machine are present and in good condition. These mounts play a vital role in protecting the motor by absorbing vibration and reducing mechanical stress over time. Any 400, 600 or 800 psi pump should only be fitted when good quality AVMs are installed and functioning correctly.
