Prochem Neutra‑Soft B112 is a professional multi‑function carpet cleaning solution combining four actions in one product: extraction detergent, urine neutraliser, deodoriser and rinse agent. Designed for environments where urine contamination and odour are common, Neutra‑Soft cleans, neutralises and freshens carpets in a single step. It is WoolSafe approved and safe for use on wool carpets and rugs.

Extraction cleaning: Mix 100 ml per 10 litres of warm to hot water (1:100) in the solution tank.

Heavy urine contamination: Mix 250 ml per 5 litres of warm to hot water (1:20) and pre‑spray using a carpet pressure sprayer. Allow 10–15 minutes dwell time, then extract using standard dilution.
