Designed and manufactured entirely in the UK by Ashbys Cleaning Equipment – built from the ground up by the same engineers who design, assemble and support it. The Enforcer has a reputation because it’s made with care, experience and pride.
Shower‑proof casing – ideal when you want to leave the machine outside and run hoses indoors. Practical, tough and ready for real‑world work.
Operates from just 1 power lead – keep cleaning even when only a single socket is available. Perfect for flats, communal areas, stairwells and commercial corridors where power can be limited.
Optional built‑in solution tank heater – powered from a second lead, with fully adjustable temperature up to 60ºC and a low‑level safety cut‑off. Pre‑heat or raise your solution tank temperature for maximum heat output when only cold water is available, while the safety cut‑off protects the heater if the tank runs low.
Moulded grab handles, roller bars and loading wheels – all positioned for safe, controlled vehicle loading. Tilt and roll the Enforcer into your van with confidence, reducing awkward lifting and looking after your back.
Easy, controlled unloading – with the Enforcer on its back, use the shaped grab area between the rear wheels and the lower two‑hand grab handle to pull the machine forward. It pivots on its built‑in rear pivot point, and you guide it down using the front two‑hand grab handle until the rear wheels and front castors are safely on the ground. Simple, controlled and safe.
Front‑mounted dump valve and cable‑wrap with plug docking – keeps your electrical lead and plug protected during loading, unloading and transport, helping prevent damage that could bring a job to a halt.
Recessed hose connectors, flow and pressure valves, and switch panel – all set back within the body of the machine to protect them from impact damage during transport and daily use, with a drip bead to guide water away from the main switch panel. It’s these small design details that make a big difference.

The Ashbys 250 psi Enforcer is the lightest Enforcer we build, thanks to its 250 psi pump system being around 5 kg lighter than the 400 psi version. The 250 psi pump is also straightforward and low‑cost to replace, giving you predictable running costs, simple long‑term maintenance and professional performance.

Although the Enforcer looks larger, it occupies the same footprint as our Ninja machine. Its boxier shape gives you more internal volume for the solution tank, recovery tank and electronics – meaning longer working times and greater capacity without taking up any extra floor space.

This 250 psi model is ideal for domestic and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery, rugs and mattresses. It will comfortably run up to 100 ft / 30.5 m of hose, allowing you to leave the machine outside or downstairs while you clean upstairs or throughout a property.

Easy vehicle loading

Tilt and slide easy vehicle loading via integral top-mounted wheels, dual mid-section roller bars and two front-mounted grab handles – much easier and safer than attempting to lift using front castors. Simply back the unit up to your vehicle, tilt backwards and roll in!
