I just wanted to provide some feedback on the commercial clean I undertook at the weekend.

Basically, the carpet had never been cleaned in the 10 years the company had been in the office. It was thick with grease, dirt and various stains (coffee, oil etc.) and the customer’s expectation was 'If you can do anything to improve, it then that would be great'.

I used the Citra Clean Concentrate with a bit of Ashbys Supreme Anti-Grease (in warm water), agitated with the Sebo Duo and scrubbed in further with a brush and left it to dwell for 15 mins. I then began extracting and it cut through brilliantly, I was really impressed. I've attached a picture, which hasn't really done it justice as I did have to return to a few areas with the Ashbys Spotters 1&3 which did the job.
